PERSONAL STATEMENT

I have been working in the media, marketing and promotional industries for the past 15 years. During this time I have gained extensive practical experience in these areas. I would now like to formalize my education in these areas by doing the Master of Arts in Digital Publishing (with Honours) program. I believe that this course offers me a wonderful opportunity to achieve my goals and to better advance my career opportunities.

During this time I have also traveled widely throughout the world with our family business. This has given me a wonderful opportunity to gain practical experience and I believe it has also helped me develop my inter-personal skills and better understand the world and its different cultures.

In summary, I would describe myself as ambitious and I am achievement oriented. I have a competitive, enthusiastic nature and I am determined to succeed. I believe I work well with other people and I am prepared to take a leadership role when required. I am a good organizer of other people and have experience in organizing major sales and motivation seminars. I understand goal setting, and realize the importance of profit in business. I am deadline conscious and loyal.

If accepted for this program, you can be assured of my energetic and enthusiastic application to the task. My goal will be to achieve my Master of Arts in Digital Publishing (with Honors) within in the allotted time of 2-years.
